I’ve spent over a decade in marketing — from scrappy startups to Fortune 500s — and the most interesting work has always been at the growth stage: when a business has real momentum but marketing hasn’t caught up yet.

I started my own consulting practice because I kept seeing the same gap. Founders who had built something genuinely great, but were either doing their own marketing on the side or handing it off to someone without the strategic experience to move the needle.
